Digital Service Assessors have a crucial role ensuring DWP services comply to the Government's Service Standard for delivery of high quality services aligned to Government spend controls.

Delivery Work Projects

As a Digital Service Assessor you will lead Service Standard assessments, communicating and sharing outcomes and championing high standards for our Digital projects and more widely across DWP.

You'll need keen eye for details and be governance-minded. You'll keep quality, consistency standards at the top of our agenda, across a massive portfolio of work.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

  • Seeing the Big Picture: Showing initiative , communication and presentational skills - a big picture thinker with organisational wide focus and ability to influence key decisions.
  • Making Effective Decisions: Experience of producing and advising on evidence based reports, providing appropriate feedback and assurance.
  • Seeing the Big Picture: Strong situational analysis, prioritisation and decision making skills.
  • Leadership: Highly effective at establishing/maintaining effective both internal and external relationships.
