As first point of contact for our clients you will be at the heart of the relationship using various communication techniques all from the busy and dynamic Regional Hub. Understanding how you can help both our existing and potential clients, then finding the best route or solution for them, whether it be proactive or client led will be the focus of your role. Ensuring that you remain on the Clients agenda, whilst highlighting opportunities is fundamental.
What you'll be doing
Building successful relationships with clients over the phone to identify financial planning opportunities
Listening and reacting to clients' needs and requirements
Ensuring every potential SPW client receives outstanding service
Arranging adviser meeting with the client
Supporting clients up until their meeting, including setting expectations of the process and setting up their online account
Seeking and acting upon client feedback to leverage and increase opportunity conversion and client satisfaction
Identifying winning behaviours based on client feedback and best practice principles, increasing effort on the right opportunities
Your qualifications & experience
You will be adept at working with various systems or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly so you can update and record information working to set policy and procedures. The role will require you to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the disposition to adopt and adapt to change quickly. You will need the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to work collaboratively both with your regional hub and others in the business.
You will need to have a detailed understanding of SPW offering and have a knowledge of financial planning industry, so we'll support you in developing your skills and knowledge in this area.
