A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in Surrey. The role will focus on Digital Transformation and requires previous experience on similar programmes, ideally within financial services. The client are seeking a proven Business Analyst who is confident working across a global organisation and is able to gather requirements and aid the delivery of multiple work streams simultaneously.

£75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven IT Business Analysis experience across the full project lifecycle, with a track record of success.
  • Experience working in Financial Services or leading digital organisations.
  • Project experience working on digital platforms, customer journeys or customer experience.
  • Sound technical and business understanding and the commercial acumen to exploit IT for competitive advantage
  • Excellent Agile experience, with the ability to utilise Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) alongside tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Practical experience of management and motivation of teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
  • Background in analysis and or development in the specific business area
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work face to face with clients
  • Promote teamwork and demonstrate best practices on delivery of service, both internally and externally
