As the first point of contact for our clients in each Regional Hub, the Personal Wealth Support Associate will be responsible for understanding how we can help our existing and potential clients and then finding the best support of service for them. Championing first in class client experiences for end-to-end journey is key, alongside accurate, organised, collaborative delivery of required administrative tasks.

The role

As first point of contact for our clients you will be at the heart of the relationship using various communication techniques all from the busy and dynamic Regional Hub. Understanding how you can help both our existing and potential clients, then finding the best route or solution for them, whether it be proactive or client led will be the focus of your role. Ensuring that you remain on the Clients agenda, whilst highlighting opportunities is fundamental.

What you'll be doing

  • Understanding customer's needs, aspirations and concerns to ensure they are provided with the right type of personalised support or service.

  • Building rapport quickly and conversing easily and professionally with clients and colleagues.

  • Explaining the Financial Advice process and the service proposition which is offered by our team of highly skilled professional Advisers and being able to understand how best we can help new and existing clients.

  • Managing the diary of the advisors using your judgment to prioritise in order to achieve the optimum time effectiveness for them to be able to meet client demand

  • Gathering, analysing and providing information ahead of client meetings ensuring the advisors have everything they need

  • Actioning incoming client queries via digital channels, e mail, telephone and post, deciding on priorities, actions and solutions

  • Accomplishing work objectives and tasks by determining own work schedule, coordinating with the Personal Wealth Support Lead if escalation is necessary

  • Actioning customer complaints resolving at first touch or escalating if appropriate.

  • Understanding how to identify day to day risks and how to escalate

Your qualifications & experience

You will be adept at working with various systems or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly so you can update and record information working to set policy and procedures. The role will require you to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the disposition to adopt and adapt to change quickly. You will need the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to work collaboratively both with your regional hub and others in the business.

This role is covered by a Training and Competence Scheme.
