About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in continuing and driving our agenda for change, helping to grow our business as a market leading Credit Union.

As a key member of our senior management team you will support the CEO and the Board in the delivery of our organisation’s strategic and operational goals.

You will work alongside our Compliance Officer to interpret regulatory policy and procedures as well as managing, identifying and mitigating risks. This helps ensure our business is meeting our legal and regulatory requirements.

With responsibility for service excellence and delivery across our key areas of operations, the role requires a customer focused and practical approach to help us achieve our organisational objectives.

Through effective data analysis and the assessment of operational and performance metrics, you will identify growth potential and drive business efficiencies through the use of technology, whilst also enhancing our products and services to members.

About You

As a people leader, with financial services regulatory experience, you will be able to demonstrate a strong business acumen and commitment towards continuous service improvement.

You will be capable of inspiring and empowering staff, whilst setting and monitoring comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

With outstanding organisation and leadership skills, you will have the ability to recognise and cultivate rising talent.

As well as having an appreciation of Plane Saver’s mission, the successful candidate will understand the importance of establishing policies and practices which promote the organisations culture and vision through its operations.
