Project Manager, Agile/Waterfall, Hertfordshire/North London An experienced Project Manager, with experience of Agile and Waterfall environments, is required by Financial Services company in Hertfordshire to join their existing team. You will work with the business on a variety of projects including product launches, application development, systems integrations, and upgrades and deployments. There is a substantial pipeline of projects and you will own, define, plan and deliver individual projects that contribute to the overall change programme.

An experienced Project Manager, with experience of Agile and Waterfall environments, is required by Financial Services company in Hertfordshire to join their existing team. You will work with the business on a variety of projects including product launches, application development, systems integrations, and upgrades and deployments. There is a substantial pipeline of projects and you will own, define, plan and deliver individual projects that contribute to the overall change programme.

Your role will include:

Owning various projects including:

  • Product launches
  • Application development
  • Systems integrations
  • Infrastructure upgrades & deployments
  • Operational efficiency improvements
  • Process reengineering
  • Taking responsibility for project delivery and applying appropriate methodology eg Agile Scrum, Waterfall
  • Work with external and internal IT partners to deliver all SDLC phases
  • Define & track milestones and report on overall delivery plan
  • Manage scope to ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Develop communication plans and keep stakeholders and sponsors informed

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Agile (ideally Scrum)
  • Waterfall
  • Ability to communicate with and earn trust of stakeholders and sponsors
  • Manage and motivate teams
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent experience of delivering SDLC projects
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Problem-solving
