Lloyds Banking Group, the UK's largest Mortgage provider, is digitising its mortgage journey to create the simplest, most convenient and engaging customer experience in the industry.
As such this is a great time to join our relationship lab in Halifax to help us transform our Branch and Telephony mortgage journeys. We are looking at how our journeys can be transformed through improved customer communications, a seamless handover from our digital channel and via the increased use of automated tools.
As an experienced BA this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the labs agile feature teams working within our co-located multi-functional team to help shape our journeys, features and products.

You would play a key role identifying the business needs, interprets complex data and manage the efficient and effective production of high quality information, analysis and research, anticipating partner's needs.
