We are currently seeking an energetic and innovative UX Researcher to join JP Morgan in Glasgow on an initial 6 months contract with the opportunity of converting to permanent. You should have previous UX Research experience to be considered.

We are looking for a creative and resourceful UX Researcher with strong design research skills to join our rapidly growing team of innovators, disruptors and problem solvers. This role is based in Glasgow, working directly with an international team located in Hong Kong, New York, Bangalore, Singapore, London, Glasgow, and Geneva.
As a UX Researcher you will develop research strategies that deliver actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve and innovate desktop and mobile user experiences. This is a hands-on role, where you will scope and craft research plans, conduct research sessions, and present your study findings to business stakeholders.
