We are currently recruiting for a Operations Fees Assistant to join our growing Settlement Operations team in our state of the art offices in Glasgow.

Purpose of Role

To perform the daily duties, checking and general oversight of work undertaken by the Fees team such as processing all taxable and non-taxable management fees, issuing potential fee listings to Fund Managers in advance of system driven fee charging dates, ensuring that any fee overrides are processed in good time and resulting reports are produced to reflect fees overridden.

Reports to -Operations Manager

Tasks and activities

  • Complete and perform second-checking of all daily tasks assigned to you in relation to Fee processing
  • Produce and review MI for the posting and exception reporting of any fee run.
  • Processing and second checking of any closure and any ad-hoc fees for clients.
  • Assist Management in monitoring Daily Workload
  • Assist Management in monitoring and completing weekly management information statistics
  • Ensure all complaints received are logged and action taken to resolve
  • Document exceptions and implement process improvements
  • Attend weekly department meetings discussing key issues and work in progress

Operations Administration

  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager within agreed timescales
  • Ensure that personal and team KPI's / KRI's / MIR are met
  • Provide technical advice to assist in resolving issues or queries which arise within the team
  • Contribute and assist with change initiatives relevant to the team
  • Prepare weekly management information statistics relevant to team duties
  • Support the change management programme relevant to your area and be actively involved in the development and delivery of changes to operational and systems infrastructure

Client Servicing

  • Respond to telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Log, maintain and respond to written client enquiries in a timely manner
