Why is our CRM team the next step for you?
As part of two new exciting projects we are growing the CRM team in our Gateshead office. In this role you will build and develop the strategic CRM tools to enable Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Support and other supporting company departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our global customers. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
In this role you will develop and improve the system through analysing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements. The role also involves being part of key architectural design and development which will require the use of workflows & process builders. Visual flows along with APEX code to create Visualforce pages. Automation through capture forms directly within the Sales, Service and Community Clouds along with integrations. Administration of the system will be part of the role but the focus is on the development of the system in which we strive to be at the forefront of innovation in the Fin Tech space. Single Sign-on will be an evolving part of the role as we leverage Salesforce's Identity Management into other business critical portals. Last but not least you will develop reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of the business.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You are a Salesforce Developer with solid APEX coding experience and as well as sales and service cloud experience. We would also like you to have a Salesforce Developer DEV401/Platform Developer 1 certification. You understand process builders and workflows as well as single sign-on as well as API and Integrations. You have excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills including presentation, verbal and written communication skills to suit varying audiences. Ideally you will have had some experience with the Lightning app builder, UI/ UX design, Salesforce1 configuration and Lightening UI as well. We are a very fast paced environment and the team is result orientated so a self-starter approach will really make you thrive here!
