Servicing Manager - SIPP, Retirement Services

Retirement Services has a highly experienced and technical administration team whose aim is to provide training and coaching to ensure you are consistently supported during your time with HSBC. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Pensions Team as a Servicing Manager

In this role, you will: 

  • Be liaising directly with front-line advisers and members in a customer service environment. 
  • Processing member instructions within contributions, drawdown or investments.
  • Assist and complete Pension Payroll queries 
  • Coach and assist junior members of staff. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Demonstrable experience of working in self invested personal pension environment
  • Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations in relation to current pension legislation
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations in relation to personal pension plans 
  • Knowledge of current Data Protection law
  • Ability to manage and continually develop teams

The base location for this role is Fareham however all UK locations will be considered as Hybrid working options are available.
