Role Purpose:

The ORMF (Operational Risk Management Framework) Enhancement initiative is a strategic multi-year initiative to re-engineer Operational Risk management across HSBC.

Accountabilities:

This role will provide both PMO and Admin support for the Head of Delivery within ORMF Enhancement.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to provide central PMO support, e.g. collating and maintaining central PMO tools such as a Risk and Issue log, programme status reports, taking meeting minutes, following up on actions etc.
  • Proficient in providing administrative support to the wider team e.g., staff on/off-boarding, meeting coordination, diary management of senior staff etc.
  • Proactive in planning/organising own workload with limited guidance/supervision.

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Financial services experience essential
  • Track record of providing PMO services to multiple businesses and regions
  • Provided Administrative support to programme teams
