Duration: 6 months
The ORMF (Operational Risk Management Framework) Enhancement initiative is a strategic multi-year initiative to re-engineer Operational Risk management across HSBC.
This role will provide both PMO and Admin support for the Head of Delivery within ORMF Enhancement.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to provide central PMO support, e.g. collating and maintaining central PMO tools such as a Risk and Issue log, programme status reports, taking meeting minutes, following up on actions etc.
- Proficient in providing administrative support to the wider team e.g., staff on/off-boarding, meeting coordination, diary management of senior staff etc.
- Proactive in planning/organising own workload with limited guidance/supervision.
- Financial services experience essential
- Track record of providing PMO services to multiple businesses and regions
- Provided Administrative support to programme teams
