Multiple opportunities available within the financial sector, for a prestigious wealth management client are looking for .Net Developers to work on a variety of projects:


Web Development -ASP.Net / AngularJS / CSS / JavaScript:

  • Work on developing new web pages to add functionality to the existing systems.

Services Development - C# / .NET Framework / .Net Core / Entity Framework

  • Modernise an existing software application to add functionality to existing panels.
  • Integrate with other systems using, for example, REST APIs, Web Services and Oracle Databases.
  • Expand our own APIs for others to integrate with.
  • Ensure that solutions are secure, reliable and maintainable.

Database Development - SQL Server T-SQL / Oracle PL/SQL:

  • The roles will involve some database development to store and process data with Oracle.

Automated Testing:

  • Some roles involve building automated tests as part of the quality control process.

Source Control - TFS/GIT:

  • All code is held in GIT source control within Azure Dev Ops.

Desirable Skills:

Agile Development:

  • We currently follow the Kanban framework.
  • You will have the opportunity for regular interaction with business users and other team members.
  • The role requires a willingness to engage in the full software lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis and technical design.
  • We operate strict peer review, testing and release policies.

Continuous Integration / Containers / Kubernetes:

  • We are making more and more use of continuous integration and delivery practices (for new systems, or conversion of legacy systems where practical). Previous knowledge of deploying code to containers and/ or using Kubernetes would be beneficial.

Reporting Development:

  • We provide data feeds for other departments to allow access to the data through reporting.

Financial Industry Experience:

  • We operate in the financial industry, so an understanding of our systems will require basic knowledge of financial vehicles & investment processes
