Job Description Summary
Here at Lloyds Banking Group we are recruiting a Manager, Group Capital & Regulatory Reporting (Planning & Stress testing) position.

Job Description

At Lloyds Banking Group, we have a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper and to become the best bank for our customers. What we do makes a genuine difference to families, businesses and communities and we're playing a central role in crafting a growing UK economy. Finance is key to that success by securing and building the financial strength and performance of the Bank.

Senior management, regulators and market analysts put significant emphasis on capital forecasting, stress tests and reporting. It plays a major part in strategic decision making, including dividend policy. And within Group Capital Regulatory Reporting, you'll be joining the team who deliver capital plans, forecasts and the capital elements of both internal and external stress tests.

A key focus of the team is embedding and exploiting the capabilities of TM1 to deliver capital planning. You'll help us do this, working in partnership with other reporting and divisional teams. We have a high volume of deliverables and there are periods of intense activity - you'll play a leading role in taking the team forward, simplifying and streamlining how we work.

You'll be based in our Edinburgh office but we pride ourselves on our agile working culture - so you may be liaising with stakeholders remotely via video, spending face to face time with your manager, or travelling to one of our other hub locations for a meeting.

In the Group Capital Regulatory Reporting team, we're committed to achieving a good work life balance and to supporting one another. We've adopted Service Excellence and are keen advocates of the benefits it delivers. Join us and you'll be part of a team which focuses on ensuring our immediate work environment is challenging, fun and engaging.

About you...

You'll relish the challenge of managing a variety of stakeholders - your relationship building and management skills have been well-honed in previous roles. You're comfortable and credible in front of peers and more senior audiences and have experience of creating and sustaining networks. Building and operating within "virtual" teams doesn't phase you. You'll also display a real commitment to delivering the job in hand, being flexible and working in partnership with your team and others to achieve goals.
