What will I be doing day-to-day?
In DWP our Digital Service Transition Managers are responsible for the planning and administration of system & service changes. We ensure a smooth service transition to business as usual operations, control the lifecycle of changes, and minimise disruption.
This role is within a specialist Service Management Team in DWP Digital Corporate Services who are responsible for HR & Finance Systems and Services. This includes an Enterprise Resource Planning system (currently Oracle E-Business Suite) and a range of bespoke HR & Finance Systems and services.
