What you'll be doing

  • Developing a Quarterly Business Plan.
  • Using market intelligence to support planning, prioritisation and decision making.
  • Adapting plans to reflect changes in circumstances.
  • Implementing strong time management and a structured approach to diary management.
  • Remaining an expert in your field.
  • Building broker confidence through accurate information, guidance and ownership of potential issues.

What we're looking for

  • CEMAP qualified with an extensive knowledge of mortgage products and criteria.
  • Vast knowledge of the whole intermediary external marketplace, having up to date knowledge on a range of external lending criteria within the market. A vast knowledge on this will be highly desired.
  • Excellent relationship management skills: experience managing business to business relationships is highly desired.
  • Analytical, able to analyse data to view trends, patterns or issues and take action.
  • Proven track record meeting objectives, with the ability to work with high volumes, remaining organised and structured.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership and tenacity to improve customer experience.

What else you need to know

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role will cover the South Wales Region, you will therefore need to be based here.
