What we’re building
We now need a Claims Management Consultant to support the transformation and the future growth of the business within the Group CMS function, so it can Provide security and peace of mind to our customers by offering protection, home finance and annuities propositions, and deliver great service and propositions that are valued by our customers.
To manage and authorise enhanced claims management activity (through the implementation of the CMS VIP proposition) having responsibility for the technical management and service delivery on their portfolio of claims identified as requiring progress towards successful resolution. Ensure the provision and delivery of treatment, rehabilitation initiatives and return to work plans, visiting employers and intermediaries as required.
