A market leading company based in North Bristol are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. They are friendly, small but successful and have a low staff turn over due to the way they treat their employees. This role is full time, working in the office 5 days a week. Your new role:
You will report into the Finance Manager and responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeed:
- Inputting/checking and coding purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Help with debtor management
- Preparation of payroll
- Prepare monthly accruals/prepayments and journals
- Providing analysis on financial reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare VAT returns
Ideally you will have all round accounts experience and have worked in a similar role. You must be confident on Excel and be able to do pivots and v look ups. What you need to do now:
