Meraki Talent’s financial services client is actively looking for a Client Support Administrator to join their expanding team. 
  
If you have at least 6 months’ experience within a Financial Services administration role, preferably with Pensions exposure, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have the right to work in the UK then we would like to speak to you.
  
Successful applicants will be responsible for providing administration support to the business across a range of activities. You will be processing administration for the company’s SIPP proposition and managing clients’ cash flow with relevant providers to process withdrawals and investments.
  
Applicants will be processing transfer requests, managing mailboxes, checking provider forms and maintaining client records in line with the company’s compliance procedure.
  
In addition to this, applicants will keep up to date with legislative, product and process changes and build valuable relationships with customers. Having the ability to identify and investigate problems to get to the root cause will be essential in taking appropriate action.
  
Prior exposure to Pensions would be advantageous, but not essential.


In order to succeed in this role, you must:
  • Be a team player with the ability to build relationships with clients and individuals
  • Be process driven, with high attention to detail
  • Be a confident and a clear communicator
  • Have solid customer service or administration experience from a Financial Services or contact centre environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess an interest in Financial Services or Financial Planning
  • Have the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
  • Manage multiple time sensitive priorities and cope well under pressure
  • Think creatively to explore various methods in tackling problems
