Regulatory Change Manager
We are seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join JP Morgan in Bournemoth on an initial 6 months contract. We require someone with good knowledge of ECB regulations with experience of managing large transformation banking projects within Europe.
The scope of the role covers aspects around change management, business resiliency risk and controls oversight, regulatory commitments & regulatory requests. Key element of the role is to provide change management support to CIB Business Resiliency Leads to enable them to discharge their oversight responsibilities. This involves alignment of the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) resiliency program in adherence with the EU regulatory guidelines; ensuring consistency of process and output, facilitating monthly review forums, maintaining documentation, preparing for meetings with EU-based Regulators, facilitating meetings with key stakeholders as well as various ad hoc requests. In addition, the candidate will be exposed to a varied landscape of transformation initiatives and be involved with deploying resiliency management practices supporting the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Business Resiliency Team.
This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a core business resiliency team with exposure to a key regulatory agenda and direct interaction with Business and Technology senior management. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in project/change management, driving multiple complex and large-scale initiatives. The individual must be extremely disciplined and organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. A high energy, fast paced, attitude and commitment to success and being results focused are essential. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, as well as, experience presenting and influencing senior managers are a must.
The role involves supporting the CIB Business Resiliency Management with building and maintaining a robust governance framework for the EMEA branches Business resiliency Change and Transformation landscape. Some of the key activities involved are -
