Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating effectively with data providers and clients by email and phone
  • Managing and troubleshooting the onboarding process of new funds and accounts
  • Identifying, investigating, tracking, escalating and resolving product and data issues
  • Working with various data sources
    • Client’s raw data (mainly xls/csv/txt files)
    • DB (PostgreSQLor MS SQL)
  • Extracting needed information from these sources to make correct decisions about mapping accounts to different financial entities (PB/ISDA/Futures/etc.);
  • Managing issues such as: absence, discrepancy or duplication of data
  • Working closely with Development teams
  • Maintaining knowledge base, transferring knowledge among team members

Essential requirements:

  • 1+ year of SQL experience (preferably PostgreSQL or MS SQL) is a must. We expect the candidate to be able to write basic queries (select/insert/update) without using any external resources
  • Advanced Spreadsheet User (Excel)
  • Linux and Python are desirable
  • Microsoft Technology stack is desirable
  • Some knowledge of financial markets
