We are looking for a Lead Business Relationship Manager to work with us on our Digital Payments Services programme.
Payments products are core to DWP. We are the biggest payer in the UK, serving 22m citizens and making circa £195bn in payments annually. We generate 1/3 of the UK's BACS traffic. We deliver money on time and in the form that best works for our citizens so that they can use it to help address their specific needs.
You'll join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. The DWP products and services we maintain and modernise will be used by nearly every person in the UK, at key moments in their lives. The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.

You will be responsible for strategic and tactical decisions on our Digital Payments Service programme. You'll be using your understanding of user needs and business goals to frame problems and set priorities. You will also be actively involved in developing the product strategy and managing the product roadmap.
We want someone understands the context of payments and banking. You'll liaise with stakeholders in Payments and across DWP to capture requirements and opportunities, find improvements and identify effective and efficient technologies.
You will maintain a high degree of visibility within the business through the attendance at business meetings and appropriate management forums, and provide communications / information for all related digital and technology activities.
