The Training & Comptence Manager will undertake activities which will support and maintain the organisations regulatory Training and Competence schemes. The T&C lead will be required to manage and develop of the wider T&C team and take a lead role in driving key team initiatives.
Key Responsibility to include;
Take a lead role in representing the T&C team across the company, its management teams and manage external relationships.
Manage the development, support and maintenance of all T&C policies, training programmes and subsequent documentation of events.
Evaluate the training conducted by the team, making adjustments for the future as required.
Log and coordinate the investigation and outcomes of all T&C breaches and incidents.
Work closely with HR leadership & Learning & Development to ensure the team focus is aligned with the regulatory and training needs of the company.
Ability to travel to London and other Regional offices is essential.
At least 5 years knowledge and experience of T&C within the financial services sector including leadership experience.
Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on FCA T&C Regulations.
Qualified to at least QCF Level 4 is highly desirable.
