Description

The EMEA Operations Regulatory Control Depositor Protection (DP) team performs a key role in a number of DP processes including Single Customer View (SCV) exception reporting, SCV engine mapping table updates, validating the completeness and accuracy of regulatory files generated.

The group acts as central point of contact within O&T for DP issues enabling transparency and escalation and is responsible for participating in the Business aligned Depositor Protection Oversight Group meeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of SCV Engine through automated source feed status report
• Maintain and oversee requests for updates to the SCV engine mapping tables
• Management of the non-data quality reports and raise issues with relevant team's business Single Point of Contact (SPoC)/EUDP
• Manage the distribution of Data Quality reports to agree upon relevant businesses SPoCs
• Validation of completeness and accuracy of regulatory files generated (i.e. SCV, Exclusions Views, QCR and ALL Eligibility)
• Deliver key MIS on SCV reporting from each of the businesses and distribute them to Compliance and Business
• To co-ordinate stakeholder review and sense check of monthly deposit variance analysis reports
• To submit signed off reports to the regulator/scheme administrator
• Adherence to all Control and Compliance requirements and updating procedures as required.
• Identification of areas for improving existing regulatory reporting processes and controls, supporting the Change Team, Technology and other relevant stakeholders to deliver technology solutions for manual processes, assisting with UAT where required.
• Participation in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications


• Educated to degree level
• Industry Exams would be advantageous.
