Job Description

 

To manage a busy team undertaking Settlement and matching in CREST, Reconciling stock and cash accounts and ensuring large payments are made on time and in accordance with the FCA CASS rules.

The role involves managing a team of up to 10 with varying levels of experience.

Day to day leadership includes coaching, training 121's, absence management, productivity and efficiency management and performance management.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Must have extensive experience in a similar role and recent line management experience.

Must have strong working knowledge of CREST.  Qualified to IOC level.

Senior appointment, must have strong communication and influencing skills, a detailed understanding of the UK equity markets and the competitive landscape for share dealing/settlement services
