The Role

As the CRM Consultant, reporting directly into the Sales Manager, you will;

  • Designing best-in-class contact strategies for driving client success
  • Establishing strategies to assist clients in the expansion into channels such as paid social and display
  • Project managing the implementation of automated, multi-channel CRM programmes
  • Briefing and managing analysts in the delivery of campaign, programme, and audience reports
  • Establishing marketing technology requirements, advising on the most suitable partners / platforms, and supporting with their implementation
  • Campaign management and deployment across channels such as email, push, and paid social
  • Auditing current campaign performance, advising on best practice optimisation, and defining testing plans to drive an improvement in performance

Skills and experience

  • Ideally 3+ years' relevant experience defining and executing CRM strategies
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, with experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign etc
  • Hands-on experience managing email marketing, with an understanding of: targeting, personalisation, dynamic content, A/B testing, deliverability, and reporting
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Results orientated with a keen attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivating
  • A willingness to travel is ideal
