  • An exciting and critical position in emerging technologies as Zoom and Cloud Collaboration Services specialist supporting our employees through the support and engineering involved with maintaining and improving the Cloud-based Collaboration platforms at Credit Suisse.

You Offer
You offer:
  • High general education, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in state of the art collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, LeapXpert, Microsoft Office 365 products including MS Teams, etc.
  • Validated extensive, at least three years, experience of supporting an end user home- and business IT environment, preferably in a global environment in the finance sector.
  • Mature personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional language skills (e.g.: German) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong teamwork and communication / information sharing skills and the ability to recognize priorities and handle client's expectations.
  • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities and the ability to work under pressure, to keep things simple, patience and creativity as well as conflict management skills.
  • Confirmed extensive experience of supporting an end user environment.
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
