We Offer
  • International exposure/ coordination with colleagues in various international offices in EMEA, Americas, LATAM, Middle East & Africa, and APAC
  • Overseeing the financial controlling activities in support of all senior managers in IWM CCO for Financials and Cost accounting activities
  • Work in close collaboration with Workforce to ensure alignment between resource planning and financials
  • Global ownership for forecasting and monetization of workforce, and all related cost management activities
  • Key activities, including forecasting activities (deltas between forecast & actuals), sign off and review of all monthly accruals, control of financial budgets, budget transfers and actual reclass, yearly SBP and OBP budgeting process, monthly reporting and analysis of key metrics and invoicing reconciliation as required
  • Opportunity to work with key senior partners from business and compliance in aligning allocations and supporting cost efficiencies initiatives as required
  • Support of Operational strategy related to consolidate and formalize more efficient and effective processes, to streamline work, improve productivity and lower admin
  • Close cooperation with COO and Business Management colleagues in CCRO, Legal, Risk and IWM Business
  • Special task forces: assessment and analysis as required to support initiatives or specific mandates

You Offer
  • Operational financial knowledge: Hands on and proven record in working with financial framework and processes, including allocations and familiarity with financial hierarchies within CS legal entities
  • Focus expertise in the mechanism behind Allocations. Ability to do deep-dive analysis within IWM CCO as well as CCRO, to ensure understandable figures and clear transparency as related to costs billed to the business
  • Financial flair and ability to work with figures (financial know-how expected)
  • You possess strong analytical skills and structure thinking, aredependable, creative and motivated
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple meaningful priorities and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Innovative character, willing to establish new ideas /change management
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a requirement, fluent German is a big advantage
