SUSI Partners is a Swiss infrastructure fund manager specialising in sustainable investments supporting the energy transition. Our team manages over EUR 1 billion in investor commitments across five funds focused on opportunities in clean energy generation, energy efficiency enhancements, and energy storage and integrated solutions. We are looking to add a highly motivated Senior Client Servicing Manager, ready to take on this engaging and challenging high-profile role.

​Key responsibilities 

  • ​Take full ownership of the onboarding process for new investors and of the relationship with existing clients
  • Responsibility for the due diligence process, data room, side letters, inhouse client meetings, closing overview
  • Coordinate external advisors, collect and manage external and internal input relevant for risk and return assessment, plan and manage due diligence timelines
  • Be the point of contact in setting up advisory committee meetings, investor calls, client requests, ad-hoc information
  • Preparation of documents and minutes for investor calls and investor advisory board meetings
  • Responsibility for quarterly and annual reports of SUSI Funds, NAV publication, regulatory reporting (Solvency II, VAG, GroMiKV, etc.)
  • Translation of investor related documentation to/from German/English
  • Actively involved in internal projects such as the launch of new products or the creation of new quarterly reports for new and existing funds
  • Ensuring the collaboration between the Client teams and other departments (compliance, investment-team)

​Your profile

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity, in a company with international orientation 
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (e.g. KV, CAS)
  • Ability to guide and lead clients, to negotiate terms, understand implications of their needs for the Funds, for the company and other investors
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, open-minded, actively looking for new contacts
  • Ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams, setting the right priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others to deliver on agreed objectives
  • An in-depths understanding of the relevant contractual, legal and regulatory environment and experience in negotiating complex transaction documents
  • Strong know-how of Alternative Investments in general, particularly a solid understanding of Private Equity
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a structured approach and a reliable way of working
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty, flexible in thinking and acting, adjusting the behaviour to different stakeholders
  • Outstanding organisational skills with hands-on and team player attitude
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
  • Interest in sustainable energy infrastructure
  • Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
