We Offer
  • An exciting and challenging role as Business Management and Communications Specialist within International Wealth Management Compliance and Risk COO, reporting to the Head Business Management and Communications
  • The opportunity to gain insight into Risk and Compliance topics and to closely collaborate across these functions
  • The chance to lead a variety of business management tasks, including managing the management agenda, meetings and off-site events
  • You will also be involved in the roll out of central processes, such as the mid year and year end score cards, Conduct & Ethics survey rollout, CRES planning, and other tasks
  • Responsibility for different types of internal communications, including intranet updates, (virtual) events and Town Halls
  • We are open to discuss flexible working models


You Offer
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Communications or any related field
  • Proven experience of a minimum of six years in a similar role in a global matrix organisation
  • Flexibility to cover multiple topics and deliver on tight deadlines, outstanding organisational skills and an attention to detail, as well as a quality driven mindset
  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
  • Objective, results-oriented and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true partnership
  • We are looking for a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, who loves to share knowledge with others
