We are looking for a Sales Executive - Cloud Managed Services (Insurance)

to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland

Insurers are facing increasing pressure to maximize the value they can extract from their actuarial models. Actuaries and risk managers are asked to improve model performance, manage costs and related predictability, and satisfy internal and external demands for increasingly detailed insights into risk. However, managing model infrastructure and processes in-house creates an added strain on internal resources. To help deal with these demands, FIS offers a range of cloud solutions to insurance actuarial and IT functions. We are currently searching for an ambitious, driven Sales Executive to join our Business Solutions Team in Zürich.

• Sell Managed Services and Cloud based outsourcing solutions around our current solution portfolio of FIS Insurance
• Build up a solid and growing pipeline across our European Client base in the Insurance space for defined customer segments
• Attaining and exceeding the assigned regional ECV quota through both your own direct sales efforts and in partnership with the appropriate direct and indirect sales teams
• Expand the existing Account Management Function by ensuring a high level of business benefits awareness and new business development
• Build up strong relationships with key senior staff members across existing and new clients.
• Working with marketing to drive lead generation
• Weekly monitoring and reporting on the sales Managed Services pipeline
• Assist and support in developing the go to market strategy with our channel partners Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Assist and contribute in meetings with Solutions Management to contribute new product initiatives.
• Maintain and expand an in depth understanding of the cloud market, managed services, BPO, and industry trends
• Lead virtual teams consisting of Technical Experts, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, IT Security, Actuarial Services, Finance etc. as part of deal pursuits.

• Technical or Commercial Education (Bachelor or Master Degree)
• 3-5 years working experience in IT Operations, Application Management, IT Project Management or IT Service Management is necessary
• 3-5 years demonstrated success in B2B Sales (Outsourcing, IT Solutions, Software Sales) as a Hunter
• 4-6 years of work experience within or with the Insurance industry
• Familiarity with Cloud (AWS or Azure) or Hosting Services

• Swiss work permit
• Fluency in English and German
• 3rd language as native speaker strongly preferred (French or Italian)
• Readiness to travel up to 50% across Europe
• Working Experience in multicultural and distributed teams across Europe.
