Limeyard is looking for a highly talented full-stack software engineer to help us develop leading Index Calculation Services.

The winner will be:

  • Passionate about writing high-quality software

  • Happy to roll up their sleeves and perform code reviews
  • Well versed in delivering software 
  • Unintimidated by complex Index Methodologies 
  • Interested in financial markets including market data
  • Inquisitive & Articulate in English


  • Contribute code to our core product, from the front to the back
  • Code review your peers' contributions


  • A Computer Science or Mathematics degree 
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Commercial development experience using Python (3.X)
  • Excellent command of MS SQL (Preferably 2016) and relational database concepts 
  • Able to read query plans and optimise queries accordingly
  • Knowledge of ETL tools (Preferably Talend)
  • Version control using Git

Bonus points:

  • Knowledge of Cloud Based Services
  • Experience of web technologies
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/automated testing
  • Knowledge of Django or other Python framework 
  • Knowledge of C# or Java 


Great office location, just above Stadelhofen in Zurich
