Overview of Role

As Regulatory Reporting Specialist within the Finance Team of Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Switzerland, you will be working under the guidance and close supervision from more senior team members on both routine and non-routine finance tasks.


  • Preparation of monthly SNB and FINMA reports for the Swiss Bank (capital adequacy, liquidity and statistical reporting)
  • Conceptual review of the regulatory reports in the context of Basel III
  • Preparation of the monthly pack for the divisional treasury committee
  • Drive process improvements with a particular focus on efficiency, transparency and controls
  • Participation in regulatory projects (new regulatory rules, system changes and new products)

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics
  • Strong MS Office experience (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Avaloq and FiRE is an advantage

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Professional experience in regulatory reporting
  • Professional experience in accounting is a plus
  • Understanding of the key products within the Wealth Management industry and their accounting impact
  • Problem-solving mind-set combined with strong analytical skills and a flair for numbers
  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and getting things done
  • Structured, organized and collaborative personality with outstanding control consciousness
  • Fluent in English, other languages (German, French) are considered a plus
