On behalf of our client in the Industry field, Swisslinx is looking for a Recruiting Professional in Zurich area. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. It is a contract position for at least 6 months.
- Lead the recruitment process and play a strategic role in the growth of the firm
- Qualify candidates for current and future openings
- Coordinate the selection process and pre-onboarding
- Provide subject matter expertise and continuous improvement in all talent acquisition processes
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
- Experience in collaborating with different agencies
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and coordinating the
- Hands on experience and excellent problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and English communication skills
