Operations & Back / Middle Office Specialist (80-100%)- Zurich (Fin Tech)

About our client:

Are you interested in joining a young and fast-growing FinTech company in the field of wealth management? We are looking for an Operations & Back Office Specialist to join our client in their dynamic and innovative team.

Your mission:
• Processing and bookings transactions in the system, reconciliations
• Working on transactions among multiple asset classes (FI, shared, FX, funds and others) and corporate actions
• Analysis of transactions data and customer related financial data, trouble shooting and mapping into the system
• Recording customer claims for management and performance fees and tracking them in the system
• Coordinate with clients (independent wealth and asset managers) via phone and email

Your profile:
• Degree in Banking / Finance or another relevant field
• 2-5 years of back / middle office experience gained in the financial institution
• Strong preferred experience with corporate actions and multiple asset classes
• Fluency in English & German
