The media strategy team is an essential part of Zurich Group Marketing.

The Group Media team works very closely with local markets, as well as other Group functions, to develop and execute integrated media strategies, driving both brand and business goals across multiple customer segments.

We are looking for an intern with a strong interest in media performance and execution (TV, OOH, Search, Display, Video, Social). In this corporate center role, the successful candidate will be given responsibility from the start. Reporting to the Head of Media Strategy, the candidate's key responsibilities will focus on media planning and performance.

The candidate will have a unique opportunity to learn about Marketing Strategy and experience working in a highly motivated international team responsible for activating the strategy.

Your Role

As an Intern your main responsibilities will involve:

Media planning and execution

  • Support the development of the paid media strategy across TV, OOH, Search, SEO, Display, Social

  • Work closely with the global media agency to develop an ROI strategy that delivers against brand and business goals

  • Oversee the execution of the media strategy ensuring that all campaigns are live across multiple markets and customer segments

  • Maintain continuous knowledge and status on all media campaigns, identify and quickly resolve obstacles and take real time decisions on reallocation of spend as needed

Measurement and reporting
  • Manage and oversee campaign reporting and analyses to turn performance insights to action

  • Regularly share and present results to senior leadership
Your Skills and Experience

As an Intern your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing or media, student job or internship
  • A creative and analytical mind with a strong interest in today's media landscape
  • A positive and team-oriented personality with good judgement and robust analysis skills
  • Strong communication, coordination and collaboration skills
  • Working language is primarily English
