YOUR CHALLENGE
IT Service Owner for Channels Content Solutions

  • Service planning (lifecycle, service enhancements and continuous improvements)
  • Stakeholder management and service coordination with affected partners from Business Product Management, Business Operations and IT
  • Incident- and defect management (analysis, proactive tracking and escalation management)
  • Analysis of Change Requests, release planning
  • Subject matter expert of end-to-end processes, logical and physical architecture
  • Service management (SLA/OLA control)
  • Service monitoring, availability control, handling of incidents and problem tickets (evaluation, coordination, reporting)
  • Maintenance support in terms of lifecycle changes, application documentation, regular controls, statistics, etc.
  • Support of test preparation and execution, release support

Role might be enriched to support the strategic Digitization Program by acting additionally as Scrum Master (depending on skillset and workload):
  • Facilitating and coaching a Scrum team
  • Aligning with other SMs on cross-team dependencies within Scrum of Scrum meetings
  • Team capacity planning and progress transparency
  • Facilitating sprint retrospective, keeps team metrics and task board updated and manages the impediment backlog

REQUIREMENTS
  • Higher education in computer science or similar
  • Solid knowledge of data regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience with enterprise content management solutions for multiple e-channels and its challenges
  • Expert knowledge within the technical integration of CMS technologies (e.g. Censhare)
  • Profound skills within software development and CMS architecture
  • Experience using XML and HTML(5)
  • Experience in web services (REST API)
  • Good skills within application and vendor management
  • Highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation
  • Strong coordination and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent English language skills - German additionally preferred
