Client Description
Our client is a leading global company in Automation Systems.
The Head Of Global Strategic Marketing will be responsible of the creation, organization, execution and supervision of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and traffic, promote products, and continue to develop brand as a leader in the sector.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Strategic Marketing function globally, driving a team of marketing business partners responsible for the definition and execution of the overarching marketing strategy for the Group
• Facilitate the 1-year global marketing planning across Strategy & Marketing, Regions and Global Product & Solutions teams in close alignment with overarching Group Strategy planning.
• Lead definition and creation of global overarching content strategy for global products & solutions, prioritized verticals/ channels /customer groups as well as corporate marketing topics
• Secure creation/execution/deployment of strategic content in close coordination with Global MarCom and Digital & Social Engagement teams
• Ensure the marketing strategy implementation through cross-functional teams across Global MarCom, Digital Marketing (Digital & Social Engagement team) and local sales & marketing organizations, ensuring clear messaging, imagery, and customer journeys
• Lead the preparation and delivery of prioritized integrated marketing campaigns in close coordination with Global MarCom, Digital Marketing (Digital & Social Engagement team) and local sales & marketing organizations, using voice of the customer and market insights to develop appropriate elements of the marketing mix in support of sales and marketing objectives
• Drive customer journey improvement (design & optimization) for globally prioritized customer groups/ market segments in close coordination with Customer Process Management team
• Lead/support specific Strategic Business Development activities as required
• Drive market analysis and operational execution on assigned strategic initiatives/ projects (e.g., new business models/ go-to-market/ market segments)
• Lead the implementation of systematic cross-group measure of customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score as a basic)
• Work with regions and relevant other internal stakeholders to deploy customer experience measure/ tracking for critical touch points of the end-to-end customer journey
Your Profile:
• 10+ years of work experiences in leading Marketing roles in an international environment
• Excellent English skills
• Both in house and strategy consultant experience a plus
• Proven knowledge of the access control or building technology industry
• Strong analytical and proven strategic leadership skills
• Competitive, team player, creativity, resilience, cultural sensitivity
• Market, sales, and customer orientation
• A start-up mentality, high sense of urgency with ability to challenge the status quo and drive new ways of managing marketing internally and externally
• Ability to bring people together to achieve objectives as a team and efficiently delegate part of responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational boundaries with cultural differences
• Ability to manage teams and complex projects in a fast-changing environment, able to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills, and a strong learner mentally
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work independently and to manage team plus multiple ongoing projects
