Join the global Channels & Digital team of Zurich to be part of this change. We need you to strategize, develop, and run the operations of our internal group channels.
You will be contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art employee experience by continuously developing the internal communication landscape. You will collaborate closely with our IT partners and communications teams to run our Intranet platform globally (SharePoint Online - Office 365) as well as our enterprise social media network (Workplace by Facebook).
As a Global Intranet Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Leading the strategic direction, operational delivery and management of our SharePoint Online intranet and social collaboration ecosystem
Building consensus and engagement amongst key stakeholders such as IT from global and local communication functions
Developing global governance, policies, procedures and guidance
Developing content life-cycle, search rules and intranet taxonomies
Managing and negotiating intranet sitemap and information architecture
Metrics and management information relating to intranet usage and governance
Leading operational delivery and global community management on our Workplace by Facebook enterprise social network
Managing integration projects for internal platforms
Building a thriving community embracing Zurich's values and behaviors
Your Skills and Experience
As a Global Intranet Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with further specialization in Digital
Strong understanding of Office 365 capabilities in a corporate environment
- Comfortable with modern web-based interfaces, including social sites
Ability to think out of the box and deliver pragmatic solutions with a can-do attitude
Passion and deep understanding of the digital world and its technical ramification
Capabilities and experience to work in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
- Enjoys working autonomously and under pressure with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English, any other languages are a plus
