We Offer

  • You will join the Client Identification team within CCRO (Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Officer) IT. The IT team is a key partner to the CCRO business in Switzerland and has been a major contributor to its recent success.
  • You will contribute to development of new, and expansion of Client Identification systems used by CCRO Switzerland.
  • You will work as a full stack developer on CCRO systems that will transition to Java and Big Data tech stacks.
  • You will be closely involved with a variety of IT teams, IT stakeholders and business partners in developing technology solutions that supply to new platforms.
  • You will be part of a team which focuses on delivering software using agile principles, strong CI/CD setup and DevOps mentality.
  • You will be responsible for keeping production environments stable and providing L3 support.
  • You will contribute to the evaluation of new technologies and help establish technical biases for the group.
  • You will maintain a solid focus on quality, be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities & requirements and remain open and alert to new technology opportunities.

You Offer

  • University Degree (or equivalent education) in Information Technology (will consider Mathematics, Engineering, or other Science Degree) with strong coding experience
  • Expertise in Java, J2EE and web technologies like JSP, Servlets, HTML 5, JavaScript, Spring, AJAX, XML.
  • Hands on experience in Angular JS, ReactJS, Redux, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST webservices or related technologies
  • Sound knowledge of SQL, RDBMS design and optimization, with emphasis on Oracle DB.
  • Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting
  • Deep understanding of test driven, agile software methodologies and associated tools/technologies
  • Sound knowledge of application architecture and design
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Excellent people management and communication skills that allow to collaborate effectively and build sustainable relationships Knowledge of Big data platforms and technology such as Palantir, Hadoop, Spark (Python)
  • Experience working in Financial Institutions Compliance department, possibly even Client Identification or Financial Crime.
