We Offer

  • A challenging position for you by being part of the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) - First Line Control Unit, dedicated to the Business Area ME, NRI/Africa & Turkey based in the heart of Zurich
  • Your responsibility will be the preparation of Supervisory Control Tasks (MICOS) on behalf of BA ME, NRI/Africa & Turkey management, timely information to line managers about the control results and suggestion of corrective measures
  • Identifying risk patterns based on Supervisory Control results and discussing them collaboratively with internal partners
  • You will have the opportunity to gather expertise in certain topics to become a Subject Matter Expert
  • Conducting ad-hoc reviews including risk assessments, monitoring and quality assurance related to regulatory or risk initiatives
  • The chance for you to assist in the maintenance and development of the bank's control framework and provide support in risk management and quality assurance projects

You Offer
  • A University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education is what you completed
  • You gathered a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a financial institution, preferably in the risk management, audit or compliance area; knowledge of the Wealth Management business, products, and front-to-back process would be an advantage
  • You bring good process review/risk assessment skills with an understanding of risks and impacts in a banking environment
  • Independent judgment with strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills is what you can contribute
  • You have a sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and proactively; you are a good teammate with a can-do attitude and problem solving skills
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships within the team, with management and stakeholders is your demonstrated ability
  • You are fluent in English; any other relevant languages are beneficial
