We Offer
  • You a challenging position in the Chief Compliance Officer Division (CCO) for an experienced finance professional who drives continuous & sustainable cost-management activities that are critical to the Bank's overall profitability
  • In this role you are in charge of the monthly Financial Reporting to several Compliance Business Area Heads providing transparency and creating awareness on expense drivers and gaps
  • In addition, you are managing cost allocations, including updating and maintaining of allocation methodologies on a regular basis
  • You are responsible to drive finance related projects and processes (planning, forecasting, actuals)
  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvements through implementation of new systems, elimination of non-value added work and streamlining of functional procedures
  • You take a leading part in the annual budgeting & forecasting process
  • Develop/improve analysis & reporting for the management team in order to deliver significant business information
  • You are responsible for ad hoc analysis for both the CCO function and the Front Office Divisions

You Offer

  • University degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting with at least 3-5 years working experience in financial management, audit and/or cost controlling
  • Understanding of the key challenges within the banking industry and business-oriented mindset
  • You are an enthusiastic and motivated great teammate with the ability to operate autonomously, to drive a project / task forward and produce an end state product that can be presented to senior management with minimal required revision
  • Very strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills and experience in liaising across departments and teams
  • Highly motivated and driven personality, ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Your flexibility allows you to nimbly adjust to changes in plan or last-minute requests
  • You have the ability to take detailed, difficult-to-understand material and turn it into fun, relevant information
  • Fluent in English and a good command of German is a plus
