Finance Generalist
On behalf of a client, an international developer, investor, and contractor of infrastructure projects, Swisslinx is seeking a Finance Generalist.
Your Mission:
- Report to senior management and carryout periodic reviews of project accounts
- Carryout background monitoring, analysis, reconciliation and ensure delays are escalated
- Review and validate financial results, as well as produce monthly balance sheets, P&L and variances analysis
- Responsible for internal auditing and ensure that operations and practices are adhering to local GAAP / IFRS and ISA standards
- Process invoices and be responsible for AP/AR
- Work closely with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders - answering queries on accounting and controlling activities for the projects
Your Background:
- University degree in a relevant discipline, ideally Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Further Accounting qualifications are a plus - ACCA or ACA or similar
- 7+ years of experience in accounting / controlling for infrastructure development projects
- Fluent in English, at least intermediate German is an advantageous
