  • You will design practical trainings, standard methodology tools and templates to integrate knowledge and skills from tailor made trainings


You Offer
  • Real passion for building excellent user experiences and developing human centered products and service concepts
  • You bring in 5++ years of experience in human centered design services, user research, usability testing, workshop facilitation and training
  • You have a proven portfolio of work demonstrating human centered design capabilities and creating digital experiences
  • You are an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods with a strong ability to identify and understand user needs, motivations and turn findings into actionable product goals and user requirements
  • Know how in building interactive prototypes, conducting user testing and documenting insights is what you offer
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to communicate the value of human centered design concepts across different functional roles and management levels
  • Experience in compliance, risk or related functions is a major advantage
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
