Overview of role
You will be part of the DevOps, Release Management & Helpdesk Team within Wealth Management. You will be providing Core Banking Application support ensuring smooth operations of the different Core Banking applications.

Core Banking Application Supporter

Areas of Responsibility

- Provide Core Banking Application Support
- Ensure a smooth operation of the different Core Banking applications
- Define and implement the necessary monitoring features
- Support and maintain Core Banking Platform packages (specially but not restricted to Temenos T24)
- Perform deployments

Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of Financial Services, Wealth Management and Private Banking
- An undergraduate degree (or equivalent). We prefer computer science or a similar subject
- 3 -5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of wealth management processes or at least banking knowledge
- Experienced with core banking packages as well as with modern deployment t tools
- Experience in setting up monitoring systems
- Java, SQL and Unix knowledge are additional assets (trouble shooting, ability to read and understand code)
- Ready to work regularly outside of office hours
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- Friendly, approachable and collaborative team player who enjoys working with people from across the firm
- Experience in working in an Agile environment is a plus
