You Offer
  • University degree or equivalent or an equivalent education in an area related to Risk Management / Compliance / Legal, or Economics in general
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a Compliance department of a company active in the Private Banking and Wealth Management Industry. Experience in project management would be another strong asset
  • Good exposure to banking products, processes and regulation
  • You are analytical, confident and possess positive relationship skills in order to interact with various departments and various seniority levels
  • You possess strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills in combination with a great eye for detail
  • Proven ability to innovate and drive change
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Drive and enjoyment in generating and/or visualizing solutions to complex problems and present them
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels
  • Proficiency in English and German (both written and oral)
