Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. Join us as a Business Manager within our DAC Product Management Team in Global Trading Solutions located in Zurich on the trading floor. Within our team, we ensure a high-quality on- and offboarding of our trading-oriented clients to our Direct Access Clients Sales desks. As a Business Manager, you act as point of expertise for the DAC business which offers clients in the premium segment the possibility to directly call Sales Specialists on the trading floor, ranging from Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities to Traded Options and Futures. In this role, you ensure that the compliance and legal standards for the DAC business (cross border-rules, suitability & appropriateness, legal agreements) are always met. You work closely with our DAC Sales Specialists and Relationship Managers in order to deliver best-in class solutions to our clients. Your future colleagues
