Within the Private Bank in Switzerland, the Location and Platform Management Team supports platform-related activities, COO-led initiatives, and Front Office priorities across locations.

As a Business Manager - Private Bank, you will partner with the COO and Front Office teams on business management, governance, regulatory initiatives, and strategic projects.

The role combines business and project management responsibilities, requiring adaptability, strong prioritisation, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support business, platform and regulatory initiatives across the Private Bank Switzerland platform.
• Act as a trusted partner to Front Office and COO teams, providing guidance on processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance business processes, governance frameworks and operating models to support efficient and compliant execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, support and control functions to deliver strategic and operational priorities.
• Prepare and maintain management reporting, presentations, governance materials and related documentation.

Skills

• Relevant experience within Private Banking / Wealth Management in Business Management, COO, Front Office Support, Platform Management or Project Management environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, challenge and improve existing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate autonomously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German or French is a strong advantage.
