Business Analyst - Financial Planning / 50-100% (4978)

The project's goal is to optimize the organizational structure of the area, taking into consideration criteria such as cost efficiency / right-sizing / outsourcing, the capability of the organization, review of service delivery model, implementation of Business Partner support, etc. You will be responsible for facilitating the design phase of the Target Operating Model.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a business analyst within the financial industry
  • Well versed in financial planning and analysis with good process optimization skills
  • Knowledge of redesigning financial processes and experienced in allocation and shared service charging modules
  • Good understanding of excel base and database driven processes
  • Experience in Target Operating Model projects in finance/banking is a big plus
  • Ability to work in an international group in delivering financial workshop outputs
  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus
