Internship Human Resources (6 - 12 months)

What it's about
The internship offers an insight into Human Resources, as part of a global HR team you will be supporting the recruitment efforts in Europe as well as HR related projects on a global scale.

Interview coordination support:
  • Support the recruiter with interview coordination
  • First point of contact for applicants and recruiting agencies to coordinate interviews
  • Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation)
  • Administrate our job postings on several websites
  • Answer internal and external phone calls and provide internal clients/applicants with the requested information
  • Prepare meeting room for interviews (set up laptop, flipchart, etc.) and welcome / escort candidates
Project support:
  • Project support across HR team in Zug (Prepare PowerPoint presentations, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, coordinate processes
  • Support events organized by HR (introduction events, team events, etc.)
  • Support the global Head of HR with administrational tasks (e.g. prepare PowerPoint slides, organize meetings, etc.)
  • Work closely with the apprentice in the team and provide training and guidance
What we expect
For this challenging position we are looking for a reliable and flexible person who is able to work under pressure and comes with a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, good IT skills, can work independently and has the willingness to deliver. This person is characterized as an open minded and motivated person who works precisely, efficiently and proactively.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar education and are fluent in English and German (oral/written). Furthermore, you have already gained some first work experience in an administrational role. Experience in an international environment or in HR is a plus.
